As the long winter days continue and we are still confined in many ways, it is easy to go stir-crazy and feel depressed or sluggish. What do you do for fun to keep your spirit up? With a toddler and 10 year-old running around my house, there is no lack of fun (sanity is a whole other blog post, however!) and I find myself having so much fun being a “big kid”! We play video games, make snowmen, have snowball fights, play board games and watch silly movies. With kids around, it is almost a built in part of life…….IF you allow it to be. I hear so many of my friends and clients talk about how there is a lack of time to have fun or play or LIVE even. Take a few moments each day to laugh and have fun. Listen to the comedy channel on your satellite radio, watch a funny movie, call a funny friend or just do something plain silly! Laughter truly can be the best medicine so indulge daily.
